Terms & Conditions

We are committed to delivering your software projects on time and within budget. After project initiation, you will receive regular updates on development progress. While we strive for timely delivery, complex software development may require additional time for quality assurance and testing. We guarantee transparent communication throughout the development process.

New projects will be initiated after payment confirmation and project requirements analysis. Clients must provide accurate contact information and detailed project specifications. For security and project management purposes, Flex Softr may request additional documentation and project details to ensure successful delivery. Clear communication channels will be established for project updates and feedback.

All services offered by Flex Softr are prepaid and subject to applicable taxes. Payment methods include bKash, PayPal, bank transfer, and walk-in payments at our operational office. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

Project Payment Policy

1. Advance Payment System

• Clients must pay 70% advance of the project.
• After completion of the development phase, before the testing phase starts, the remaining amount must be paid.
• Testing will only begin after full payment.
• Support and bug fixing will continue continuously.

2. Milestone-Based Payment

• The milestone system depends entirely on our policy.
• Complete payment must be made before testing starts.
• Payment terms for each milestone will be determined by us.

3. Deployment and Handover

• Complete payment is required before deployment to client's server.
• Full payment is mandatory before handing over code resources or project credentials.
• No project assets will be handed over until payment is complete.

Refunds are only applicable under specific conditions. Software development projects are covered by a satisfaction guarantee during the initial development phase. If you cancel within the first milestone due to valid dissatisfaction, you may request a partial refund, excluding development costs and processing fees.

• The terms of service are violated.
• The client requests a refund for the same project more than once.
• Project cancellation after significant development work has been completed.

Flex Softr provides ongoing maintenance and support services for completed projects. We offer bug fixes, updates, and technical support to ensure your software continues to perform optimally. Support terms and response times will be outlined in your project agreement. While we strive to provide comprehensive support, complex issues may require additional time for resolution.

All services must be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Copyright-infringing material.
• Content deemed threatening, obscene, or harmful to national security.
• Malicious software, phishing tools, and hacking resources.
• Illegal or fraudulent activities, including Ponzi schemes, money laundering, and related operations.

To cancel a project, clients must submit a written request via email or through our project management system. Upon cancellation, project files and documentation will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. Cancellation fees may apply based on the project completion percentage and work already performed.

Flex Softr will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Flex Softr reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the latest version available on our website.
